Cam Reddish will be unhappy on the New York Knicks

The offensive strength of New York Knicks wing Cam Reddish
If Thibodeau is looking to feature Cam Reddish, he should put him as close to the basket as possible. That is where he has been most effective – in the restricted area. Reddish shot 51.2 percent in the restricted area at Duke on 2.8 shots per game.
Reddish’s success in the restricted area has transferred over into the pros. He has converted 59.3 percent of his restricted area attempts on 2.53 shots per game. More importantly, he has shot below 35 percent whenever he is not in the restricted area as a professional.
The easiest way for Thibodeau to get Reddish in the restricted area within the Knicks’ offensive system would be to take some pick-and-roll possessions away from Fournier, who’s averaging three per game.
Fournier can afford to spend more time off the ball, as he is an above-average shooter. Fournier has a career shooting percentage of 38 percent from behind the arc on five attempts per game. His shooting percentage is 5.1 percent better than Reddish’s.
However, if Thibodeau doesn’t want to maximize Reddish’s talents, the team should look to trade him in the offseason as his feelings from Atlanta will resurface.
