NBA Trades: 2 blockbuster Zion Williamson trades that would shock the NBA – Sacramento Kings

Kings receive: Zion Williamson, Jaxson Hayes, Tomas Satoransky

Pelicans receive: Tyrese Haliburton, Harrison Barnes, Davion Mitchell, Marvin Bagley III

This trade would be extremely risky for the Sacramento Kings, but if the risk paid off, they’d have one of the best duos in the entire league. De’Aaron Fox and Zion Williamson would be dominant.

Similar to the combination of Trae Young and Williamson, the playmaking of Fox would pair well next to Williamson. Those two on the fast break would be deadly.

The starting lineup in Sacramento could look like Fox, Buddy Hield, Maurice Harkless, Williamson, and Richaun Holmes. They would obviously need to fill the hole at the small forward position, but that could be fixed in free agency.

Meanwhile, the Pelicans would completely reshape the team around Brandon Ingram. The young players they’d be getting from the Kings should help them move seamlessly into the future.

New Orleans’ starting lineup could look something like this if this trade got done – Tyrese Haliburton, Josh Hart, Ingram, Harrison Barnes, and Jonas Valanciunas.

That’s a lineup with a ton of potential. It would have some win-now pieces like Barnes and Valanciunas, as well as future pieces like Haliburton, and Mitchell off the bench.

Again, any trade for Williamson would be extremely odd, but this could be a decent package. Why not take a look at this from both sides?
