NBA Trades: 6 blockbuster Bradley Beal trades for the Wizards to rebuild – LA Clippers

One of the sleeper trade teams in the league, the LA Clippers do not have much in the way of draft assets. However, what they lack in picks they quietly made up for with rookies this season.

Keon Johnson or BJ Boston would make a nice addition to the team in terms of young players. The salary configuration is what makes this one of the least appealing possible returns.

Eric Bledsoe has to be involved. As his game has deteriorated, he has turned into the rotation player most likely to be traded for financial purposes.

Next season his contract is only partially guaranteed, though, so making the money work to bring in Boston or Johnson would be a nice choice instead of losing Beal for nothing.

The other player to consider when taking on a larger contract would be Luke Kennard. While he has yet to be given the opportunity as a full-time starter, Kennard is a truly dynamic shooter.

This season he is shooting 44.1 percent on 6.3 3-point shots per game. His worst shooting season was his second year when he drilled 39.4 percent from distance. Kennard is also a better playmaker than he has gotten to show, something any team taking him on should explore further.
