Detroit Pistons: 3 players most likely to be traded this season

Detroit Pistons players most likely to get traded by the deadline: Josh Jackson
Josh Jackson is in the second season of a two-year contract and has been a fan favorite of the Detroit Pistons faithful since the first moment he took the court. After playing his first two high school seasons in Detroit, the return of the former number fourth-overall pick to Motor City was a fun flier on a young talented player.
Jackson has not disappointed, and has been one of the better transition scorers on the team. He is also good for a stellar chase-down block once a week.
So why is Jackson the top name on this list? The reasons are twofold. First, as mentioned with Hamidou Diallo, there are too many wing prospects on the team. Jackson has been the best bench scorer for the team over the last two seasons, leading the way last season for the top-scoring bench in the league.
However, with developmental time being needed to see what the team has in Frank Jackson, Hamidoiu Diallo, and Isaiah Livers off the bench, the roster crunch is a pending issue. Jackson has the most value to a team in the trade market, making him the most likely to be traded.
Furthermore, Jackson is on an expiring contract, and after acquitting himself well last season, may be in line for a raise. He came to the team to show that he belonged in the league after flaming out with the Phoenix Suns, and so far he has done just that.
The Pistons could move on from him before losing him for nothing, recouping some minor draft capital for future deals. If any moves are likely to happen this season, something like that makes the most sense.
