Ranking all 30 2021-2022 NBA City Edition jerseys: 21. Chicago Bulls
In what is becoming a recurring theme, if the details in the shorts were used more prominently throughout the jersey itself these would be higher. The Chicago Bulls have made good use of the black and red pinstripes in the past.
Featuring them on the side panels of the shorts is a good choice. Admittedly, that was able to drag these kits up further than they should be. The rest is pretty forgettable.
Ranking all 30 2021-2022 NBA City Edition jerseys: 20. Cleveland Cavaliers
This is the point where the quality of the jerseys makes a leap. The old-school Cleveland Cavaliers logo is a really cool throwback to a different time. These colors and the trim have always looked good, too.
Both logos on the shorts are cool, especially the 1994 image with remixed colors. Fans of the team should make the point of buying these because they truly celebrate the history of the team. It only goes up from here.

Ranking all 30 2021-2022 NBA City Edition jerseys: 19. Portland Trail Blazers
If the Portland Trail Blazers did one thing right it was playing directly to this writer’s exact biases. Rip City is possibly my favorite moniker that any city in sports has adopted so it is a welcome addition to the jerseys.
Incorporating the eclectic style of historic coach Jack Ramsey is inspiring. However, the rest of the jerseys drop the creative ball and leave you wanting more.
