Trades to help the Washington Wizards playoff push: Myles Turner

This is another trade that would see the Wizards receive a quality big man. Having a guy like Myles Turner would help improve their play on both ends of the floor.

Washington is a mid-tier defensive team at the moment. Adding a player who averages nearly three blocks per game would definitely help with that statistic.

In addition, Turner is a center that can space the floor super well. He takes over four threes per game, and while he may be having a down year, normally shoots around league average from distance.

As for Torrey Craig, he would just be a solid backup wing to bring off the bench. He provides quality 3&D minutes whenever he steps onto the court.

Meanwhile, the Pacers would be changing things up a bit. They are off to a super rocky start and change seems imminent in Indiana right now.

The idea of splitting up Turner and Domantas Sabonis has been discussed for years now. This would give them a floor-spacing power forward to put next to Sabonis, who could transition to the center position.

Indiana would also get a nice young piece in Corey Kispert, as well as some draft capital. It might not make them a title contender, but it would keep them competitive right now while also making a small investment for the future.

The Wizards would get a solid center to pair alongside Bradley Beal, as well as some bench depth. Not a bad trade considering how well they have been playing lately.
