Rebounds: Enes Kanter

Enes Kanter is another new addition to the Boston Celtics that will likely make an immediate impact on the team. Kanter had the best season of his career on the boards last season with the Portland Trail Blazers.

He finished the season with 11.0 rebounds per game. 3.9 of those rebounds coming on the offensive end. This is something that will be very beneficial for the Boston Celtics.

If he is able to keep up these averages, it means that he will alone be providing the Celtics with around four extra possessions every game. While that might not seem very significant, it could make the difference between winning and losing tight games.

Depending on where he falls in the rotation will have a big impact on how many rebounds Kanter will be able to bring in this game. However, if he is able to work his way into the starting lineup or one of the first players coming off of the bench, he should average around the same rebounding numbers as last season.

However, if he begins to fall down the depth chart, look out for Robert Williams to potentially lead the Celtics in rebounds per game instead.
