Odds of every NBA team winning 2021-22 title: Charlotte Hornets +10000

The Charlotte Hornets are going to be must-see TV this year. They have a ton of young talent and they’ll play a style that most, if not everyone, will enjoy tuning in to watch.

LaMelo Ball has already established himself as a unique ballplayer, Terry Rozier often screams and howls at the crowd after every made shot, Gordon Hayward is your typical YMCA player who doesn’t appear to be that good but by the time the game is over, he scored a boatload of points. Last and certainly not least, Miles Bridges is going to put about half of the league on a poster by the end of the year.

They’ll be fun to watch, yes. But will the Hornets do much of anything? Most likely no.

The Hornets need a ton to go right to go from outside the playoff picture to title contenders. Ball will need to grow up fast, Hayward will have to stay healthy all year long and Bridges will have to develop a perimeter shot. If all of that happens, then the Hornets have a chance at capturing the eighth seed. Oh wait, did you think we were going to declare them title contenders? Absolutely not.
