Atlanta Hawks statistical leaders – Rebounds: Clint Capela
Predicted average: 16.0

Trae Young isn’t the only Atlanta Hawk putting up crazy numbers. Clint Capela is doing much the same thing on the boards in his first active season with the Hawks. Last season he led the NBA in rebounding with an average of 14.3 per game, and we can expect him to lead the league once again with an even more impressive average this time around.

Atlanta Hawks statistical leaders – Assists: Trae Young
Predicted average: 10.0

Not only is he the leading scorer, but Trae Young is the leading playmaker as well. He has the ball in his hands a lot and the offense flows through him as the chief facilitator. Young averaged 9.4 assists per game last season, and with a more reliable cast of characters around him (injuries permitting), there’s no reason to think he won’t surpass that mark this season.

Atlanta Hawks statistical leaders – Stocks: Clint Capela
Predicted average: 3.0

Clint Capela’s second entry in these statistical categories comes in the form of stocks, which are combined blocks and steals. He had 0.7 steals and 2.0 blocks a season ago, and as we have high hopes for his 2021-22 campaign, expect to see him outdo those numbers this time around.
