Pistons statistical leaders – Rebounds: Isaiah Stewart
Predicted average: 9.5

Isaiah Stewart was second on the team last season in rebounds per 36 minutes, and his minutes are sure to increase next season as he’s proven himself to be a valuable member of the rotation. In just 21.4 minutes per game last season, he averaged 6.7 rebounds. Expect this number to leap as his minutes increase over a full season.

Pistons statistical leaders – Assists: Cade Cunningham
Predicted average: 7.5

We just saw Cade Cunningham robbed of countless assists in the Las Vegas Summer League as his teammates were unable to convert his passes into points. He’ll be playing with better teammates in Detroit with the grown-up Pistons, but let’s not pretend he’s going to be playing with Stephen Curry, Klay Thompson and Kevin Durant out there. He’ll have a good passing season, but he won’t threaten any rookie assist records.

Pistons statistical leaders – Stocks: Isaiah Stewart
Predicted average: 2.7

For those who are new to the term, “stocks” are the combined total of steals and blocks. As Isaiah Stewart’s minutes increase from a year ago, so too will his stocks from last season’s team-leading 1.9. Breaking the 2.0 mark should be easy and 2.7 is within his grasp.
