The blood, sweat, and tears that each and every player puts forth in the offseason are to win an NBA title. Of course, they have other things on their checklist as well. Becoming an All-Star, winning a league MVP, making a few All-NBA teams, and ultimately becoming a Hall of Famer is very much at the forefront of their minds as they put up thousands of jump shots and work on their overall weaknesses.
