The Chicago Bulls have made a huge splash in the first two days of NBA free agency, making four big moves in the early goings.

Their first was a sign-and-trade that sent Tomas Satoransky, Garrett Temple, and a 2022 second-round pick to the New Orleans Pelicans in return for Lonzo Ball. Next, they signed shooting guard Alex Caruso.

Third, the Bulls performed a sign and trade that sent Daniel Theis to the Houston Rockets. Finally, they signed one of the biggest names in this free agency class, DeMar DeRozan.

The Chicago Bulls have made a flurry of moves through the first two days of NBA free agency. Some moves look to be better than others.

They have come out and unexpectedly been one of the biggest players in the market this season.

Many thought that they would have to make big moves this offseason to keep superstar Zach LaVine happy enough to re-sign with the team. However, they have already smashed the expectations that were set for them.

The Bulls have gone from falling short of the play-in tournament last season to being a possible contender for a high seed in the Eastern Conference.

It is unlikely that Chicago has too many moves left up their sleeves this offseason outside of whatever is in store for their restricted free agent Lauri Markkanen. However, they have already put together a very successful free agency period.

It is clear that the time to win in Chicago is now, however, with the young pieces they also acquired, they left their window open enough to where winning will be sustainable for the Bulls for years to come.

This is their report card through the second day of free agency.
