The Golden State Warriors could be considered the kings of the NBA draft through the 2010s.

They completed drafting the core that would turn into a dynasty that would reign over the league for half of the decade. Through the draft, the Warriors put together a big three of Stephen Curry, Klay Thompson, and Draymond Green.

As a result of this, they spent most of the 2010s sitting atop of the league and competing for multiple titles.

The Golden State Warriors built a dynasty through the NBA draft in the 2010s. Despite this, there are still some picks that we wish would have worked out.

Through this decade, Stephen Curry became a two-time MVP, the team landed Kevin Durant, and brought three championships back to The Bay.

As a result of all of this success as a team and being contenders, they did not have too many high draft selections through the decade. Despite this, even the Warriors had some misses in some of their selections. No team is perfect and a miss here and there is to be expected.

However, there are some players the team selected that fell well short of expectations for multiple reasons.

Whether it be not being given the proper opportunity, not being as talented as they were hyped up to be, being traded from the team and thriving in a change of scenery, or being moved from the team at an earlier time and now being a player that would be a great fit on the current roster.

Whatever reason things did not work out for these three players on the Warriors, we really wish that they would have and seen how their careers would have developed and what they could have brought to the team.
