The NBA draft is just around the corner, and a loaded draft class led by Oklahoma State University freshman Cade Cunningham will soon know where their professional careers are to begin.
This is a class that has been described as having two tiers at the top: Cunningham by himself at the high point, followed by a group of Jalen Green, Evan Mobley and Jalen Suggs. Supposedly, NBA teams don’t see the gap between Cunningham and the rest quite the same as the media does, but the Detroit Pistons have given no indication that they have any real interest in anybody other than Cunningham, and the Houston Rockets are allegedly trying to move heaven and earth to get that pick.
Sure, there’s no gap between Cunningham and the rest. Very believable.
