Indiana Pacers offseason roster move No. 1: Extend T.J. Warren

Despite only playing four games this season, Warren is worth extending as when he is on his game, he is a scoring machine. He was the sensation of the bubble last season turning in games where he scored 53 points, 39 points, 34 points, and 32 points. The Pacers won all of these games, losing when he failed to score more than 16 points.

During his two years with the Pacers, Warren has averaged 19.5 points, 4.1 rebounds, 1.5 assists, and 1.1 steals in 32.7 minutes per game. He has stepped up in a major way for the Pacers and needs to be a big part of their offensive plans moving forward.

In his four games last season, Warren did not make a single 3-point shot. However, the season before, Warren made 40.3 percent of his attempts which is a really good number. He has shot the ball at 53.5 percent from the floor since coming over from the Phoenix Suns.

Warren is also an excellent free-throw shooter, making over 80 percent of his 3.0 attempts from the stripe. The question of how he will play with LeVert remains as the two have not shared the court yet but Warren is a professional, he will make it work with the talented shooting guard.
