For the first time in 47 long-awaited years, the Milwaukee Bucks have triumphantly reached the NBA Finals following a 118-107 victory against the Atlanta Hawks in Game 6 of the Eastern Conference finals. Without two-time MVP Giannis Antetokounmpo, the Bucks took care of business on the road to breaking the curse of winning a series in six games, make inspiring history, and finally advance to a goal that’s been expected of them over the last few seasons.

Khris Middleton stepped up once again when needed most with a sensational 23-point third quarter that ultimately boosted Milwaukee toward destiny. Middleton finished with 32 points, seven assists, four rebounds, and three steals to carry the load for the Bucks.

While fellow co-star Jrue Holiday was also under pressure to step up, the two-way stud answered the call by recording an insanely impressive performance that included 27 points, nine assists, nine rebounds, four 3’s, four steals, and two blocks. It was another brilliant team effort, led by Middleton and Holiday, with the role players maximizing their respective efforts.
