Ranking NBA Draft classes from 1995-2020: 14. 2010

Improving on the draft classes we have looked at so far, four of the top 10 picks in the 2010 draft made All-Star games and three of them have made All-NBA teams. John Wall and DeMarcus Cousins were the premier pair coming out of the University of Kentucky and before they each ruptured their Achilles’ tendons, they were two of the premier players in the league. They have combined to make nine All-Star games and three All-NBA teams.

Gordon Hayward was an All-Star with the Utah Jazz and was looking closer to that form with the Charlotte Hornets and is primed to add more to his resume on his third team. Paul George was the 10th pick in the draft and is the best player of the bunch. Some may have thought he peaked when the Indiana Pacers made the Conference Finals nearly a decade ago but now he pushed the LA Clippers to the same heights.

Avery Bradley and Eric Bledsoe have been two of the best defensive guards in the league for the majority of their careers. Larry Sanders would have been an All-Star if the stigma around mental health was on the level that it is today. Lance Stephenson was a borderline All-Star at the peak of the Pacers run.
