OKC Thunder: 5 potential destinations for Kemba Walker following trade

The LA Clippers could target Kemba Walker to form a lethal trio with Kawhi Leonard and Paul George
Staying put in Los Angeles, the LA Clippers could look to form a formidable trio of their own by trading for Walker.
The point guard position has been a hot topic of discussion for the Clippers over the past two seasons. Patrick Beverley is more of a defensive-ace than a traditional point guard, and although Reggie Jackson has stepped up for them in these playoffs, there are certainly questions about whether or not he is a long-term answer for them. Many believed they had found their answer in the backcourt when they traded for Rajon Rondo at the trade deadline, but his role has regressed in the postseason to where he will not even hit the court some nights.
No matter how far they go in these playoffs, adding more help alongside their one-two punch in Kawhi Leonard and Paul Geoge next season will be crucial. That is if Leonard decides to stay put with the Clippers, as there have been rumors circulating about his future as he holds a player option to stay in LA for next season. Yet, perhaps bringing in a competent floor general like Walker to play alongside he and George could make that decision far easier.
Walker would give the Clippers the traditional point guard they have been seeking and would be a compelling fit alongside Leonard and George. He would bring another All-Star into the lineup that could help them compete for years to come. Much like the Lakers, the Clippers have little financial flexibility to work with, but anything is possible in today’s NBA.
