What NBA Player is Game of Thrones character The Mountain?

Zion Williamson

The picture of a massive force of nature in the NBA is Zion Williamson. He does not have the same terrible mean streak as Gregor Clegane, the Mountain Who Rides, but he is deadly efficient from the field and takes the opposition apart through sheer brute force. Should he ever develop some level of killer instinct, no one will be able to stand in his way.

What NBA Player is Game of Thrones character Little Finger?

Joel Embiid

Comparing a tiny man like Petyr Baelish to the hulking Joel Embiid may look silly on its face but the two actually have much in common. Both come from unorthodox backgrounds and have risen to greatness. Embiid was once an MVP favorite and is known as the Process. Little Finger was the Master of Coin and would rise to Lord Protector of the Vale and Lord of Harrenhal before his story came to an untimely end. Both have a way with words and get under their enemy’s skin to their pleasure. Embiid is currently riding high but will have to make the chaos of the NBA playoffs a ladder instead of a pit.

What NBA Player is Game of Thrones character Bronn?

Kawhi Leonard

Bronn went from being a lowly sellsword to Commander of the City Watch of King’s Landing and ended up as the Lord of Highgarden, Lord Paramount of the Reach and Master of Coin. Kawhi Leonard was a gangly, raw 15th overall pick who would grow into a Finals MVP. Leonard does not have the sense of humor that Bronn consistently showcased but he is every bit the mercenary that the knight of the Blackwater was, jumping from the San Antonio Spurs to the Toronto Raptors to the LA Clippers to better fit his needs.

What NBA Player is Game of Thrones character The Hound?

Russell Westbrook

Sandor Clegane was misunderstood. Yes, he certainly had his faults (rest in peace Mycah the butcher’s boy) but when he finally saw the light he was a fearless protector for Arya Stark. Russell Westbrook has a bizarre relationship with much of NBA Twitter, but he is a dogged competitor, and his teammates adore him. If there was ever an NBA player you could imagine diving from a crumbling castle into a pit of flames to take out his rival it is Russell Westbrook.

What NBA Player is Game of Thrones character Varys?

Julius Randle

Varys traveled the world and built connections within multiple continents to rise from a mutilated orphan to the Master of Whispers. He ended up in King’s Landing and was a confidant to numerous royals. Julius Randle started his professional career by breaking his leg and struggled to find the place where he would fit before coming to New York City and ascending to an All-NBA level, with help from connections to the CAA-University of Kentucky family. He has to avoid overstepping in the postseason so he does not end up as crispy as Lord Varys.
