In recent weeks the sports world has made their stories about NBA players as Marvel and Star Wars characters, having fun with the concept of fantasy and their larger-than-life sports heroes. With today being the two-year anniversary of the polarizing finale, it is time to see who would fit best in the world of Game of Thrones.

For this, we will be looking at 25 characters who made their way through the world of Westeros. From those we cheered on to hold the Iron Throne at the end of the day to those we could not wait to see fall to some nefarious plot, the NBA is full of a collection of personalities and talents.

For the article, we will separate the sections into the famous houses that ruled the continent and those closely affiliated with them. Whether it be the Starks, the Targaryens, the Lannisters, or those who played the game of thrones on the periphery one of the things that make the Song of Ice and Fire similar to the NBA is just how many people impact the NBA world in countless ways that may go unnoticed until the season fully plays out.
