What NBA player is Marvel character Winter Soldier?
Kawhi Leonard
Jumping from the good guys to the bad guys and back (or the reverse sequence) is not a rare thing in the MCU, but has anybody ever done so with more fanfare than the Winter Soldier? I dare say not. Similarly, Kawhi Leonard has jumped teams just as many times, moving from the San Antonio Spurs to the Toronto Raptors, and finally to the LA Clippers which were his desired location all along. Like Bucky Barnes’s Winter Soldier, Leonard is a silent assassin, saying little but dispatching opponents at will.
What NBA player is Marvel character Hawkeye?
Steph Curry
Hawkeye doesn’t have the same kind of physical gifts that his augmented and godlike compatriots possess, but he makes up for it with a game-altering skill. Like Hawkeye, Steph Curry isn’t as big, strong or fast as his fellow NBA players, but his marksmanship is so lethal that it literally bends the game around him. To push the parallel a step further, Hawkeye became a bloodthirsty assassin after his family was snapped away from him. Without Klay Thompson and Kevin Durant, Curry has become a one-man wrecking crew. He’s not ending lives indiscriminately, but he is mowing down opponents seemingly all by himself with a team full of lesser players around him.
