1. Continue to develop Tyrese Haliburton

As mentioned earlier, Haliburton has been a revelation in his rookie season. It is not just his raw stats that pop off the page, it is also his efficiency which is off the charts, especially for a rookie who is playing on a low-ranked team.

Haliburton is shooting 47.1 percent from the floor, 40.8 percent from deep, and 85.5 percent from the line. In his rookie season, Haliburton is so close to joining one of the most exclusive clubs in basketball, the 50/40/90 club.

On top of that, Haliburton has an assist-to-turnover ratio of 3.3 assists for every turnover. This is special for a rookie and shows that Haliburton has an understanding of the game and the systems that are being run by coach Luke Walton.

With only a handful of games left for the season and Fox being out, making sure that Haliburton can continue to develop and build on these numbers is crucial for next season. When Haliburton has more experience, he is big enough to play a three-guard lineup next season.

If Fox, Haliburton, and Buddy Hield can stay on the court together, Haliburton and Hield are tremendous floor spacers who will allow Fox to use his speed to penetrate the lane. He will be able to create for himself and others which will hopefully win the Kings a few more games next season.
