43-19. Previous: 4th. Los Angeles Clippers. 1. team. 77.

Last Week: Beat Minnesota Timberwolves 124-105, Beat Portland Trail Blazers 113-112, Beat Memphis Grizzlies 117-105, Beat Houston Rockets 109-104

This Week: 4/26 at New Orleans Pelicans, 4/28 at Phoenix Suns, 5/1 vs. Denver Nuggets

As much as many love to hate on the LA Clippers, this recent run of success has been extremely impressive. It does not seem to matter who is in the lineup for the Clippers. They continue to take care of business night in and night out.

Paul George has been on an absolute tear that continued this week. The star averaged 29.7 points, 10.7 rebounds, 4.0 assists and 2.0 steals per game. He is leading in the stead of Kawhi Leonard, who was only able to play one game this week. Reggie Jackson has played admirably as the de facto lead playmaker, finally in a role that does not require him to be a primary scoring threat.

Yogi Ferrell and DeMarcus Cousins are the newest additions on 10-day contracts. Cousins was solid, averaging 8.0 points and 6.3 rebounds in just 14.4 minutes per game. Ferrell has only appeared in one game so far and posted a line of eight points, seven assists and one steal. They could provide solid options in the playoffs in the right situation and are a luxury the Clippers can afford to bring along for the push to the top. As good as the Clippers have been, it is only right to have them ascend to number one.
