team. 89. . 32-17. Previous: 4th. Milwaukee Bucks. 6

Last Week: Lost to LA Clippers 129-105, Beat Los Angeles Lakers 112-97, Beat Portland Trail Blazers 127-109, Beat Sacramento Kings 129-128

This Week: 4/6 at Golden State Warriors, 4/8 at Dallas Mavericks, 4/9 vs. Charlotte Hornets

Flying under the radar for any outside Wisconsin, the Milwaukee Bucks are better than they were last season. The record does not bear that out at this point. Neither does the slight dip in their statistical dominance from a season ago, although ranking fifth and eighth in offensive and defensive rating respectively is impressive nonetheless. The return of a healthy Jrue Holiday has brought the Bucks back into true contender status and with the infusion of playmaking in the buyout market, the team fixed their biggest flaw from a season ago.

Holiday is second in the league in steals at 1.8 per game while averaging 17.0 points, 5.4 assists and 4.6 rebounds per game. He fits right into Milwaukee in terms of efficiency, posting shooting splits of .509/.390/.816. He brings a playmaking force that the team sorely lacked.

Jeff Teague is now the answer. Despite his history with Mike Budenholzer Teague is not the same player anymore. Look no further than his time with the Minnesota Timberwolves and Atlanta Hawks last season and the Boston Celtics this year. Ultimately, he needs to be the third guard for this to work.

Luckily, bringing in Austin Rivers (as is currently heavily rumored) will set things right. Rivers has long been out of the rotation in New York, but he would bring confidence to the bench that would be much appreciated in the postseason. While many fear what the Brooklyn Nets and Los Angeles Lakers are doing in the buyout market the Bucks are the ones loading up.
