It’s that time of year again, the All-Star Break has ended, the trade machines are a buzzin’ for the NBA trade deadline on March 25th, and one of the most interesting teams is the Toronto Raptors, who sit in the 11th seed in the Eastern Conference.

The Raptors have been without players and coaches due to health and safety protocols and living out of hotels in Tampa, Florida all season. Given the ever-changing roster and living on the road for a full season, it would be difficult for the front office to evaluate the season thus far.

Toronto Raptors: Pass/pursue NBA trade deadline rumors

The Raptors’ short-term and long-term future could be determined at this deadline. The uncertainly of the direction this franchise is headed in has led to rampant rumor-mongering.

This includes both enormous, franchise-altering moves, as well as marginally upgrades. Nevertheless, a rumor is a rumor and this is a safe place to discuss and evaluate trade rumors.

Is Andre Drummond really a good fit? Should they really go for a big splash, or should they try re-tool instead of rebuilding? And does Miami or the 76ers really have enough to offer for the Raptors greatest player ever?
