The Detroit Pistons have been active in the trade market since the start of the 2020-21 offseason, and this month’s NBA trade deadline may be no different. General manager Troy Weaver made swift work of remaking the roster, leaving only four returning players from last season by the time the season opened.
Since then, three of those players, Blake Griffin, Sviatoslav Mykhailiuk and Derrick Rose, have departed via buyout and trade respectively. Now, only one player remains from last season’s suspended campaign; Sekou Doumbouya.
