Last Week: Beat Philadelphia 76ers 110-103, Lost to Philadelphia 76ers 109-102, Lost to Miami Heat 116-108, Beat Houston Rockets 122-111

This Week: 2/28 vs. Chicago Bulls, 3/2 vs. Detroit Pistons 3/4 vs. Boston Celtics

While there was a lot going on this week for the Toronto Raptors, ending the week without most of their coaching staff and Pascal Siakam due to contact tracing had to be one of the stranger developments. This is the first time this season a game has gone on with a head coach being out of action.

Positively, Toronto is truly starting to get back to form. O.G. Anunoby is back in the lineup and is transformational. The hustle, defense and shot creation he brings to the floor open everything up for the rest of the Raptors who were clearly missing what he brought to the table.

Rumors swirled this week about a possible trade of Kyle Lowry. While removing emotions from the equations makes sense, it is not that easy. Lowry is the greatest Raptor of all time so moving on from him does not come as easily as the traditional superstar trade would. This could end up being the better more for the Raptors, as they are 6-1 without him this season. Lowry could walk this summer for nothing. The decision is not easy but it could end up being franchise altering depending on the move Toronto makes.
