NBA logo candidate No. 3: LeBron James

You know these images that you can hear? Like this one. Some examples include: “Wade finds James!”, “Chalmers, Cole, James!”, “LeBron James with no regard for human life!” and “He made Jusuf Nurkic his screensaver!”.

Throughout the years, the league has presented us with numerous high-flyers. Some may have elevated higher, but none of them could dunk the ball with the authority that LeBron James has done all these years.

He has collected many victims throughout his illustrious career and has paved the way for many power dunkers to follow.

But perhaps the most impressive feat of all is his ability to swiftly change his playstyle to fit his bodily needs. Even though he can still throw down the occasional slam dunk, nowadays he plays with his mind and not his body.

Adored by billions worldwide, LeBron James would be the perfect person to replace Jerry West as the NBA’s emblem. After all, we’ve all seen prototypes of him as the NBA logo as he is about to do a major tomahawk dunk.
