Zach LaVine makes the Chicago Bulls fun to watch

The purpose of the All-Star game is two-fold. On one hand, it is a showcase of the best players in the league. On the other hand, it’s a display of creativity and a celebration of the game of basketball. Simply put, players and fans are supposed to have fun.

Zach LaVine is undeniably one of the most electric players in the league. When he’s in the game, fans pay close attention, otherwise, they might be stuck watching a highlight-reel dunk on DVR. His ability to create shots for himself is unique and his athleticism is off the charts even by NBA standards.

If NBA commissioner Adam Silver wants to make sure fans tune into this year’s game (if it happens at all), he’ll want players like LaVine present and accounted for. Number 8 is sure to throw down at least a couple of jaw-dropping jams and more than likely to follow that up with a couple of deep 3-pointers. The All-Star Game is about entertainment. Zach LaVine is one of the most entertaining players in the league. It’s a match made in heaven.

The scientific method involves careful observation, applying rigorous skepticism, analyzing data and drawing a conclusion. No matter what data is gathered and observed, the only conclusion to draw is that Zach LaVine belongs in this year’s All-Star game. The only thing left is for those with a vote to do the right thing.
