2. Donta Hall

Another current member of the G-League, Donta Hall is a member of the Ignite squad that will be comprised of some of the top high school recruits in the country that decided to bypass college basketball. Should he decide to come back to the league it would make sense for him to join the team he played most recently for.

It is easy to forget some of the players who got minutes for the Brooklyn Nets in the bubble last season. Their games were essentially meaningless in the grand scheme of things and more often than not they looked like the walking wounded. However, Donta Hall was one of those guys who was brought down to the bubble for a look.

Over the five games, he appeared in the undrafted rookie big man played 17.0 minutes per game and averaged 6.6 points, 4.6 rebounds and 1.0 blocks. He is somewhat undersized but he is thick and quick and would provide a spark off the bench for the Nets. He would also be reunited with fellow former Detroit Pistons prospect Bruce Brown and the double dose of familiarity could do both sides some good.

Hall was a rebounding machine in the G-League for the Grand Rapids Drive last season (10.5 per game) and could replicate some of that off the bench for the Nets. It might be time to bring him back and they could even consider doing so on a two-way contract if and when the NBA adds a third one to each team.
