team. 41. . 5-4. Previous: 24th. Golden State Warriors. 10

Last Week: Beat Portland Trail Blazers 137-122, Beat Sacramento Kings 137-106, Lost to LA Clippers 108-101, Beat LA Clippers 115-105

This Week: 1/10 vs. Toronto Raptors, 1/12 vs. Indiana Pacers, 1/14 at Denver Nuggets, 1/15 at Phoenix Suns

Just like that, the Golden State Warriors have righted the ship. Much like they came back from 21 down in the third quarter on Friday to beat the LA Clippers, the Warriors have made a comeback in the standing and find themselves again above .500 and competitive.

The return of Draymond Green has made the offense look better given his smart passing and he is the heart of this team. Stephen Curry is the soul and this week he is a soul on fire, averaging 35.8 points this week. He reminded everyone that he is must-see TV. He makes the league better.

The rest of the Warriors is still something of a mess. Andrew Wiggins has been better than the rest and fits well alongside his new star teammates. Kelly Oubre Jr. is still trying to find his shot more consistently. James Wiseman looks like a rookie, albeit one with promise.

The important thing is that this is not a sunk season and beating the likes of the Portland Trail Blazers, Sacramento Kings and LA Clippers show that the Dubs can compete at all levels and will stay competitive for deep Western Conference playoffs. That was almost impossible to imagine sfter such a demoralizing two games to start the season.
