Last Week: Lost to Philadelphia 76ers 118-101, Beat Atlanta Hawks 102-94, Beat New Orleans Pelicans 118-110, Beat Atlanta Hawks 113-105

This Week: 1/11 vs. New York Knicks, 1/13 vs. Dallas Mavericks, 1/14 at Toronto Raptors, 1/16 at Toronto Raptors

The LaMelo Ball revolution is fully on for the Charlotte Hornets. On Saturday, he became the youngest player in NBA history to have a triple-double with 22 points, 12 rebounds and 11 assists in a win over the Atlanta Hawks. His impact, as well as their other high profile new addition, has the Charlotte Hornets on an impressive three-game winning streak.

Ball is inconsistent with his shot so he has had to rely on his teammates to help on the offensive end. Gordon Hayward is doing just that. This week, he averaged 27.0 points, 7.0 rebounds, 3.3 assists and 2.0 steals per game and shot a scorching 44.4 percent on 6.8 3-point attempts per game. Terry Rozier somehow shot better (48.4 percent from three on 7.8 attempts per game) and the pair of former Boston Celtics are pacing this team on the offensive end.

The rest of the team still leaves something to be desired. Bismack Biyombo being the only real center on the active roster leads to blowouts the likes of which the team experienced against the Philadelphia 76ers when the opponent is able to capitalize. Luckily for the Hornets, the best big man they are likely to face over the next week is Mitchell Robinson. This streak may not be over yet.
