Even though they lost, the Spurs’ performance against the defending NBA champion Lakers is nothing to turn your nose up at. At the start of the season, many expected the Spurs to be vying for a spot in the bottom half of the play-in tournament, and they are just 2-3, but they hold key wins over the Toronto Raptors and Memphis Grizzlies.
