6. Can Giannis Antetokounmpo and the Milwaukee Bucks break through?
This offseason was headlined by free agency and teams’ trades, but no team’s offseason was more important and watched than the Bucks and no one player’s contract matter most than Giannis’ contract extension. After all, we waited weeks for Giannis to sign it as his future with the franchise was up in the air.
The contract extension was a way of luring Giannis back to Milwaukee after a tumultuous few seasons with the franchise. The Bucks failed to succeed in the playoffs, although having multiple regular season successes.
