With a revamped roster, what will the starting lineup look like for the Philadelphia 76ers?

Training camp is underway, and the Philadelphia 76ers, along with the rest of the NBA, recently held their first team practices of the season as they get ready for the preseason, which begins this Friday.

There are many new faces in the building after bringing in a new president of basketball operations, coaching staff, and making a slew of roster moves during the offseason. After an underwhelming season and an embarrassing first-round exit in the playoffs last year, there was an obvious need for roster reconstruction.

The new president of basketball operations, Daryl Morey, wasted no time getting to work after settling into his new office. He traded Josh Richardson to the Dallas Mavericks for Seth Curry and shipped Al Horford to the OKC Thunder in a three-way deal with the Los Angeles Lakers that netted them Danny Green and Terrance Ferguson.

On draft night, the Sixers selected Tyrese Maxey with the 21st pick in the first round out of Kentucky. In the second round, the Sixers selected sharpshooter Isaiah Joe and versatile big man Paul Reed.

Morey also traded Zhaire Smith for Tony Bradley, waived Norvelle Pelle and Marial Shayok, and signed unrestricted free agents Dwight Howard and Justin Anderson. Trade deadline acquisitions, Alec Burks and Glenn Robinson III walked in free agency, and the team also parted ways with Kyle O’Quinn and Raul Neto.

After an eventful offseason and severing ties with two of their starters and multiple key rotational players, new head coach Doc Rivers has training camp and preseason to decide what the new Philadelphia 76ers starting lineup and rotation will look like.
