The Minnesota Timberwolves have stayed relatively quiet this offseason. But they still made some major moves. Where do they all rank?

While it’s been nowhere near as hectic as last year’s free agency, this year’s offseason has still had some big news and wild moves. News from the Minnesota Timberwolves‘ camp has remained fairly quiet; but in the background of Anthony Davis opting out of his Los Angeles Lakers contract (and then signing a five-year max), Chris Paul going to the Phoenix Suns, all the issues with the Houston Rockets, and so much more, the Timberwolves have managed a few big moves.

And while big moves normally spell doom for the Minnesota franchise, this year feels different. The front office headed up by Gersson Rosas, and the coaching staff led by Ryan Saunders feels, dare I say, competent. A huge improvement over recent front office structures for sure.

Now, with a lot of big names coming off the board, and Minnesota quickly filling up its payroll, it seems like all might be over for Minnesota in terms of transactions. With the Timberwolves quickly assembling a roster fit for the new season (which begins in less than a month), there are still some major questions raised by some of these moves.

So, in the spirit of most Minnesota fans, it’s time to raise some serious questions about all the moves the team has made!

In all seriousness, while the Timberwolves have generally done pretty well for themselves this offseason, there have been some head-scratching moments and some moves that may not sit so well with some Minnesota fans. What are some of the biggest moves the Timberwolves made this offseason, and how do they stack up against each other?
