Milwaukee Bucks offseason recap Part 1: Free agency misses
These roster changes should be beneficial to the Bucks. They certainly are the upgrades they need and could have easily made. They are changes that give the Bucks roster a brand new look for the future. The roster changes are a good mix of talent, youth, athleticism, and chemistry.
In creating the Bucks roster, the process is not easy. The main floor generals, such as Antetokounmpo, Lopez, and Middleton have a lot of work on their hands, which was proven last season in the NBA bubble. The Bucks are a championship-contending team, and they have been for a while with The Greek Freak at the forefront, except their main roadblock has been their disoriented roster.
Milwaukee will continue to have this problem, unless they fix it and capitalize on it by winning when it matters. The league is full of stars, and the Bucks front office, their players, and coaches should learn from past seasons, put their heads together, and come up with a game plan to continue playing at a high level against the others who have made significant changes and upgrades to their rosters.
The Bucks are destined for greatness with just a few minor steps ahead, and a championship hopefully awaits them out of all the things.
Parts 2 and 3 of my Bucks Roster Change series will be looking at other ways the Bucks could use free agency and the offseason to rebuild their roster and organization and help them win.
