  • Michael Carter-Williams, agreed to a deal (Orlando Magic)

We’re not entirely sure what the terms of Michael Carter-Williams’ deal with the Orlando Magic is, but that’s ok. Any deal with MCW feels like roughly a C grade.

Grade: C

  • Raul Neto: 1 year, $1.8 million (Washington Wizards)

This seems like good value for the Washington Wizards, signing Raul Neto to a one-year, $1.8 million deal. He can provide depth behind whatever Washington’s backcourt ends up being once the season gets started, assuming he can stay healthy himself.

Grade: B

  • Bobby Portis: 2 years (Milwaukee Bucks)

The Milwaukee Bucks also stocked up on frontcourt depth, signing Bobby Portis to a two-year deal for likely around the bi-annual exception. It’s reasonable value, but the Bucks are going in the wrong direction after what seemed like a great start to the offseason.

Grade: B-

  • Denzel Valentine: 1 year, $4.7 million (Chicago Bulls)

This seems like a bigger than necessary payday for Denzel Valentine, but the Chicago Bulls retain their man for another season.

Grade: C
