Detroit Pistons

This will not be the most popular move among all Detroit Pistons fans, but for a team in desperate need of an infusion of young talent to get their rebuild started this is a way to do it. The Atlanta Hawks, as stated before, have made it clearly known that they are willing to move their pick to win-now.

Luke Kennard would help them in that regard while being young enough to be on their current timeline age-wise. The Pistons would add the sixth pick in the draft and would be able to get two bites at the apple in this draft that might just be better than people are giving it credit for.

Killian Hayes is an intriguing prospect who seems to be projected all over, but the fit in Detroit is clear. He has the makings of a dominant play-maker and scorer and already has a connection with Sekou Doumbouya. On the other hand, Oneyka Okongwu would be the heir apparent to the recently departed Andre Drummond and the potentially-departing Christian Wood with the defensive potential to be better than both.

Luke Kennard is a fan favorite and would immediately make Atlanta better, but the knee tendinitis that limited this season is a reasonable concern. Adding in a second-round pick would help the Hawks ease any of these concerns.
