NBA Offseason Preview: 1 trade for the New York Knicks and each team

Denver Nuggets
Another team interested in Indiana’s former star, the Denver Nuggets have the contracts to get into the discussion for any player. If the Pacers would rather fill out their backcourt rotation a little more they could look to swap Oladipo and Doug McDermott for Gary Harris and Monte Morris.
Oladipo, when healthy, would be the best defensive player on his team and would bring a different level of intensity on that end of the floor than either of their other stars. McDermott would flesh out some of the shooting to benefit from the impressive passes that Nikola Jokic makes look ordinary.
For Indiana, Gary Harris and Monte Morris have both proven themselves capable of contributing in a playoff scenario without needing to be the focal point on either end of the ball. They would fit the team well and give them options to vary their lineup decisions, something their new coach Nate Bjorkgren will relish in.
Like Dallas, the Denver Nuggets are at a point where their young talent is beginning to crest into a true contender. Adding Oladipo to the mix may be enough to finally take them over the top. As the roster progresses further (Porter and Murray took notable steps in Orlando) he is the type of player that fits their mentality perfectly.
