We are getting closer by the day and as rumors come out about the potential slide of LaMelo Ball, it is time for another Mock NBA Draft.

LaMelo Ball has been the talk of the NBA draft pre-draft process, for better or worse. He has not had the best time during the interview slate of the process and is reportedly turning some teams off of him. Even if he has the biggest star power in the group thus far that is simply not enough for some teams to look past a poor first impression.

On the other hand, the Golden State Warriors have been floating ideas out there that they seem to like everyone. Whether this is a smart smokescreen to drive up trade interest or genuine indecisiveness it is tough to say. Having the flexion point of the number two pick combined with the possible slide of a player projected to be locked in the top three all season makes draft night potentially hectic. Combine that with the proposed quick turnaround between the draft and the season and everything is up in the air.

That is the kind of shake-up that could rock the top of the NBA draft so in that spirit it is time to change things up a little bit. Without taking into account trades (which are likely to happen at the draft but tough to project) there is still a lot of variability in the entire draft. Trying to guess where each team has certain players ranked is tough but that is part of the fun. At the top, at least, things stay the same.
