4. Bogdan Bogdanovic

Despite being in just his third season in the NBA, Bogdan Bogdanovic is a rather experienced player. He entered the NBA at the age of 25, after a very promising start to his professional career overseas.

In Europe, he spent a few years in Serbia, following by a very successful spell in Turkey. His incredible performances earned him a spot in the EuroLeague All-Decade Team.

In Sacramento, he has been averaging 13.5 points per game on some great shooting percentages. Along with his respectable defensive prowess that goes along with almost every European player, he could be a very useful addition to this New York Knicks roster.

The Sacramento Kings will have a bit of salary cap space to use, though the contracts of Buddy Hield, Harrison Barnes and Cory Joseph don’t leave them with much room to wiggle.

When comparing Sacramento’s team payroll to the one of the Knicks, one can see that the Kings are guaranteed to pay about 50 percent more to their players. On the other hand, the Knicks will have a ton of cap space, a portion of which could go towards Bogdanovic.

Due to his age, it is more than certain that Bogdan will not be requesting an unreasonable contract for his services. A short-term contract somewhere around the $10-15 million area per year would suit both sides equally.
