The Chicago Bulls have had three poor seasons since trading Jimmy Butler. Here are five roster moves they need to make this offseason to help their future

The Chicago Bulls are in the midst of a losing streak of three seasons. This coincides with the loss of franchise player Jimmy Butler at the end of the 2016-17 season. Since then the best record they have been able to achieve was this season where they went 22-43.

They have some really good young pieces which they are developing around team star Zach LaVine. The former UCLA graduate only missed five games this year. This is the first time he has managed to play more than 80 percent of a season since coming to the Windy City.

The problem for the Bulls was they lost too many other players with injury for long stretches of the season. Otto Porter only played 14 games, Wendell Carter played 43 and Lauri Markkanen played 50.

The positive future of the Chicago Bulls

On the positive side of the scale, Coby White looks to be a tremendous prospect. The seventh pick of the 2019 draft averaged 13.2 points, 3.5 rebounds and 2.7 assists per game. He showed a tremendous ability to score in bunches with three games over 30 points.

The Bulls have a good mix of youth and experience which should see some really good growth from within for next season. Only Thaddeus Young is over the age of 30. The Bulls have eight players between the ages of 25 and 29. They also have four under 24 with White being the youngest at 20.

The Bulls also have two picks in the 2020 NBA draft. Their first-round pick is fourth overall and their second-round pick is 44th. It is here that we start our five roster moves the Chicago Bulls need to make.
