1. The Lakers could be up 3-1 at some point

When the Denver Nuggets managed to overcome a 3-1 deficit against the Utah Jazz, people were initially shocked, though nobody thought they posed a serious threat to the Clippers. Fatigue would, of course, play its role but the general consensus was that they just didn’t have enough talent to beat them.

Well here we are, a couple of weeks later, and the Nuggets eliminated the Clippers by–you guessed it–overcoming yet another 3-1 deficit. They did what no other team has done in the history of the NBA. Coming back while being down 3-1 twice in the same year.

That is something that takes tremendous courage, especially when you add the fact that it was against a serious contender, the LA Clippers. So a serious question arises. Will they have enough firepower to possibly do the same against the almighty Lakers?

Being up in a playoff series could sometimes have a negative effect on you. The close-out game is generally perceived as the toughest one to win. As a result, LeBron’s gang must never let the foot off the gas, because before you know it, Murray is dropping 50 to go along with Jokic’s triple-double.

The Nuggets have not had a two-day rest since the playoffs tipped-off. Wanna talk about a three-day rest? That’s even before the start of the bubble’s seeding games! Unfortunately for them, the fuel has got to run out at some point. When will this be, though?
