player. 69. . Forward. New Orleans Pelicans. Aaron Nesmith. 13

The Vanderbilt sophomore, Aaron Nesmith, could provide exactly the high-efficiency scoring punch the New Orleans Pelicans need off the bench. He shot 52.2 percent from 3-point land in college on 8.2 attempts per game.

Read that last sentence again. He would fit so well next to Zion Williamson and would combo well with J.J. Reddick to pull players from the lane to open up the floor for some of the less-inclined shooters (looking at you Lonzo Ball). That type of shooting is likely not sustainable but he has the potential to be a special bench scorer for a team who looked like they could desperately use one.

Boston Celtics. RJ Hampton. 14. player. 18. . Guard

If there was ever a coach who could unlock the untapped potential that is RJ Hampton it is Brad Stevens. He is tall and slight and excels at everything other than scoring already. He has a beautiful handle and just needs to be molded into the player he can be.

While most lottery picks would come in with too much pressure in Boston he could be nurtured behind other young stars and would fit the timeline of Jaylen Brown and Jayson Tatum perfectly.

This is all about how much time the coaching staff can give to development and it is why a team like the Boston Celtics would be a perfect fit. Hampton would not need to be the savior. He could just develop and learn in a winning culture. It worked wonders for the previous top picks. Why not now?
