Milwaukee Bucks: 3 players that need to step up against Orlando Magic
By Dalton Sell
As they head into a matchup against the Orlando Magic in the NBA playoffs, the Milwaukee Bucks will need a boost from some of their rotational players.
The Milwaukee Bucks have looked like a shell of themselves in the NBA’s restart, going 3-5 over a grueling eight-game stretch to establish seeding. Although they locked up the league’s top overall seed in that run, this team seems discombobulated compared to the Milwaukee Bucks that were dominating the rest of the league up until the stoppage in March. Heading into a first-round matchup in the NBA playoffs against the Orlando Magic, this could be an issue.
Too many turnovers, horrendous 3-point defense, headbutting an opposing player, the list goes on for the Milwaukee Bucks and their struggles. With the playoffs starting, Milwaukee will need to get it together, or they will likely fall short of their title aspirations after such a historic run this season.
Milwaukee will take on the 8-seeded Orlando Magic in the first round starting this Tuesday, a team they are a perfect 4-0 against this season. This series will give the Bucks a chance to get back into their pre-hiatus momentum wit everyone back on the court, but several key players will have to step up to do so after struggling in the seeding games.
The rest of this season is championship or bust for Milwaukee, anything short of a title regarded as a significant disappointment. Several factors will play a part in their success, but without further ado, here are three players that need to step up against the Orlando Magic for the Milwaukee Bucks based on their play during these past eight games.
