3. Keep up the effective ball movement

The Celtics’ ability to manipulate opposing defenses with their silky ball movement has become more evident than ever in the bubble. On a team with so many offensive talents, the way the Celtics can space the floor is very important to how their offense flows. Whoever brings the ball up the court for Boston always has plenty of options and they have a ton of players who can swing the ball inside the half-court.

A player who is a key to the Celtics’ offense when you’re talking about moving the ball is Gordon Hayward. Hayward’s had an impressive lot of games in Orlando, and him knowing his role in this system will prove to be a huge factor going forward into these playoff games with the 76ers. Hayward, as well as the rest of his teammates, are as unselfish as they come. This will lead to good shot opportunities for the Celtics as they continue to move the ball.

The Sixers have been one of the weakest defensive teams in the bubble, ranking 19th. This is largely down to the fact that Simmons is out, but this shouldn’t be the case with the array of talent they still have. The Celtics offense ranked sixth in the bubble and fourth on the season and could very well thrive against this Sixers side.

Boston’s complete offensive options should be more than enough to see off the Sixers. Philadelphia will have their work cut out with these options as it won’t matter who the ball is moved to at times. There are just too many scorers in this team.
