The LA Clippers are better positioned than the Raptors

The team has not been all together but this is a deep team. The team is even deeper than Kawhi Leonard’s team last year. Paul George plays Robin to Leonard’s Batman. This is even though George was the third-leading scorer per game last year.

The Raptors were the fifth-best offensive team in the league last year. Leonard had help on the way to the championship. This year the LA Clippers are the third-best offense in the league so they should have an even easier time during the playoffs than the Raptors had last year.

Getting everybody back in time for the playoffs will be key.

LA has decided to put the ball in Kawhi Leonard’s hands even more than before and put him in a playmaking role. That resulted in six assists against the Nets. The team has found that the ball moves better and it creates more opportunities for other players when Leonard and George start the offense.

Improving team chemistry has been the theme of the bubble. In a tough mental challenge like this, the team that is able to play together the best and has the most depth will win it all. While that is true the team that has their stars impact the game the most will be the team that is able to dominate.

Kawhi Leonard is one of the three best players in the league and it looks like he is in an even better position than he was in last year. The Brooklyn Nets game looks like the start of something great for the LA Clippers. With more rest and an even better team than last year, it looks like Leonard is ready to put his mark on the Orlando bubble.
