TJ Warren and 4 other players making a name for themselves in Orlando
By Dalton Sell
After under the radar regular seasons before the hiatus, TJ Warren and four other players are stepping up in the NBA’s restart for their respective teams.
Following a nearly five-month hiatus without basketball, the NBA season returned, and although it is in an entirely unfamiliar setting, not much else has changed. Giannis Antetokounmpo continues his historical season in dominating fashion, LeBron James and Anthony Davis continue to prove they are the best duo in the league, and so many other headlines seem reminiscent to when the NBA suddenly suspended play back in March.
However, as familiar as things might seem, one thing that has stood out is the number of players that are having break-out performances on a nightly basis. Whether it be because of the unpredictable circumstances, the increased opportunity, or because they worked their way up to this point, several players have taken their games to the next level, it seems in Orlando.
It is still relatively early in the NBA’s restart, but five players, in particular, came out firing when the season kicked back off with a renowned sense of life previously not shown this season. These players have outplayed their pre-hiatus selves to this point, and could potentially be developing into something special right before the NBA fandom’s eyes. Although these players might not be ascending to solidified star status yet, their improved play has significantly increased their stock.
Without further ado, here are five players in the NBA’s restart that are currently making a name for themselves behind some top-tier play.
