Unquestioned Depth

The Clippers’ depth was put to the test and it passed gracefully. With five of their players out, it forced the team to go to players that haven’t had much experience or playing time during the season. The Clippers were still able to prove successful.

After the game Rivers said:

"“They played great, they played hard,” head coach Doc Rivers said of the younger players after the win. “They’ve done that in our scrimmages in practice as well. Whatever lack of skill or talent they have, they make up for it with their effort, their execution, so very, very happy for those guys.”"

In the Orlando game, Lou Williams led all scorers while coming off the bench with 22 points. The name of the game in the bubble is to have the next man up. If the next man can be just as great as your first man then that means you will not lose a beat.
